We had a great week in Melbourne, seeing the sights, visiting various foodie markets and enjoying the coffee and cake culture which seems to be an important part of the day there.
We walking along the river to the Royal Botanical Gardens, visiting the Shrine of Rememberance on the way. We climbed the steps to the top to take in great views of the city skyline.
We had dinner at the famous Queen Victoria Markets, enjoying paella and souvlaki while listening to local bands play live music.
We took the historical tram around the city centre, learning about how the city have developed.
We walked to St Kilda stopping for coffee and cake in Acland Street.
We watched street entertainers and the cricket at Federation Square and ate dumpling on Little Burke Street.
